Verify the switch is enabled on the service or indoor controller. The iS4 or iS10 spa side switch does not function correctly. 
If there is no voltage in the problem is in the supply power. Good voltage out indicates a problem with the wiring out or failed device.Ģ. No voltage out indicates a failed relayī. If the voltage in is good, verify voltage out.Ī.

Verify voltage in to the relay when the Intellitouch is operated in SERVICE or MANUAL mode.ġ. Both panels appear to operate properly however there is a device that will not turn on.If the device shuts down there is a problem with one of the printed circuit boards, most likely the personality board. If you unplug the relay from the personality board and the device continues to run the relay has failed and needs to be replaced. If you have voltage out of the transformer you have a problem with the Intellitouch motherboard. If you have voltage in but no voltage out the problem lies within the Intellitouch transformer.ī. No LED lights will light up at the outdoor panel.ġ. Likely cause is a failed motherboard or the personality board. All LED lights on the outdoor panel are lit at the same time.ġ.
Neither the indoor controller or the outdoor panel can control the Intellitouch. If the indoor panel continues to behave the same way you need to replace the motherboard. If they do you need to replace the low voltage wiring.ī. If the indoor controller functions properly you have a problem with the low voltage wiring from the indoor panel to the outdoor panel. Using the service controller jumper wire connect the indoor controller as you did the service controller at the outdoor panel.Ī. Remove the indoor controller from inside the home. Power down the Intellitouch system again. If the service controller operates the system correctly there are two possible problems. Using a service controller, power down the outdoor panel and plug the service controller in to the outdoor panel. The indoor controller lights up but you have no control of the system and get communication error messages.ġ. If the indoor controller still remains blank you need to replace the indoor controller. If they do, you need to replace the low voltage wiring.ī. If the service controller operates the system correctly, there are two possible problems.
